Enquiry forms and the sign-in on this site currently write to your own browser storage only. No enquiry endpoint is connected yet, so nothing is transmitted to us or to any third party, and clearing your browser data removes it entirely.

Images on this site are loaded from Unsplash, so your browser makes requests to that service when a page renders.

Once enquiries are connected to a live system, we will collect the name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group composition and preferences you submit, so a coordinator can prepare an itinerary.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, make reservations with suppliers on your behalf, and provide support during your trip. This section will also cover marketing consent and how to withdraw it.

Confirming a booking requires sharing traveller details with hotels, transport operators, permit authorities and airlines. This section will list the categories of recipient and the basis for sharing.

This section will state how long enquiry and booking records are kept, and how to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
